Willliam Hallett is a painter who has lived in coastal Maine for the past twenty-five years. He states his paintings are "an attempt to create, on perhaps traditional themes, an element of surprise, the experience of unexpected color, perhaps unexpected perspective and atmosphere".
These framed prints are 11"x14", with white matte size of 16" x 20", and black frame giving them an overall size of 18"X22". The frame is a lightweight black acrylic frame with plexiglass.
