Willliam Hallett is a painter who has lived in coastal Maine for the past twenty-five years. He states his paintings are "an attempt to create, on perhaps traditional themes, an element of surprise, the experience of unexpected color, perhaps unexpected perspective and atmosphere".
These framed prints are 5" x 7", with white matte size of 8" x 10", and black frame giving them an overall size of 9" x 11". The frame is a lightweight black acrylic frame with plexiglass.
